Everything was wonderful here - absolutely kind staff and nicely furnished rooms. The rooms with a bath, a clean condition plus shower. Perfect and excellent location in brand new area, near to the airport and Downtown.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location adjacent to Metro. It was good to be 2 miles away from Pickl, serving short-orders. The room was good-sized, compact and in a clean condition. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet were very handy.

I enjoyed the hotel, its spacious and well furnished room and SUPERFRIENDLY staff. It had absolutely perfect and particularly good location, close to the metro station. Bur Dubai district was worth exploring. You guys made my stay perfect.

Our stay at Element Al Jaddaf was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a room upgrade by the friendly receptionist. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with convenient USB and C ports. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. We were also pleased to find a washing machine and dryer in the room, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel's automatic lighting in the corridors was a thoughtful touch. The staff, including Ayoyb at reception, were always polite and eager to assist.

The room was compact and great-sized, offered climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was comfortable & the staff there were really helpful and professional. The location was unbeatable and peaceful, close to the supermarkets, the airport and Downtown, and Burj Khalifa.

Loved the warm welcome from the friendly hotel staff who made our stay very comfortable. the room was spacious and tastefully furnished. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, which had a breathtaking view. the location was perfect as it was close to many conveniences and attractions.

We wished that coffee and tea were available in the rooms, as there was a kettle. It would have been more convenient for us.
